How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our shipping partners will deliver your orders within the following timeframes:
- Standard delivery: 4-7 business days,
- Expedited delivery 2-3 business days
How does free shipping work?
Shipping is free for all orders of $40 and more. Free shipping delivery times are between 4 to 7 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our team for processing and can't be cancelled.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within the United States and Canada. To place an order from Canada, please visit https://www.madegoodfoods.ca/
Where is my order?
Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number in it. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to display the status of your order. If you have questions about tracking your order, please contact our shipping partners at support@whitebox.co including your order number.
Can I return my order or get a refund?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
